Head of Property & Assets: Strategy & Regeneration Lead

Hull City Council seeks a Head of Service - Property & Assets to lead the council's commercial land and property portfolio, workspaces and development sites. You will shape strategy, drive investment, regeneration and value for residents and businesses.

Based in Hull, you will lead professional teams, oversee governance, reporting and project delivery, deputise for Directors and ensure service delivery aligns with the council's medium-term financial plan.
