About the OpportunityA unique opportunity to deliver impact at scale. As Head of Projects - Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in joining up people, processes and systems across Hft, helping translate organisational ambition into structured, sustainable delivery. You'll bring structure, pace and alignment to transformation activity - coordinating programmes and workstreams, simplifying workflows, and building the frameworks that support operational excellence.

- Location: Home based, with occasional national travel (approx. twice per month)
