Head of Project Managers

For one of our clients, we are looking for a: Head of Projects Managers Desired profile: Higher education in engineering or equivalent Experience confirmed in project management and management in an industrial sector (e.g.: special machines, mechanics) Proven managerial skills: leadership, listening, and team spirit Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making abilities Mastery of project management tools (MS Project, ERP ) and associated methodologies Leadership, proactivity, vision Languages: fluent French, English, another language = an advantage: An innovative and stimulating work environment Large-scale projects with cutting-edge technologies A salary based on experience You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of project managers. You will be accountable, to the General Management, for the proper conduct of projects, meeting client requirements, and achieving the company's objectives. Main responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and support project managers in managing their missions Define priorities, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality Participate in defining the development of projects and their implementation Ensure coordination with different stakeholders: clients, suppliers, internal services Monitor performance metrics and propose continuous improvement plans Provide technical and methodological support to project managers. jid4131fddaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
