Head of Project Managers

For one of our clients, we are looking for a: Head of Projects Profile desired: higher education in engineering or deemed equivalent. Proven experience in project management and leadership in an industrial sector (e.g., special machines, mechanics). Proven managerial skills: leadership, listening, and team spirit. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP ) and associated methodologies. Leadership, proactivity, vision. Languages: fluent French, English, another language = an advantage. An innovative and stimulating work environment. Major projects with cutting-edge technologies. Salary based on experience. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of project managers. You will be accountable, to the General Management, for the proper conduct of the projects, for client satisfaction, and for achieving the company's objectives. Main responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and support project managers in managing their missions. Define priorities, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality. Participate in defining project development strategies and their implementation. Ensure collaboration with various stakeholders: clients, suppliers, internal services.
