Head of Program Delivery & Execution

Mimecast in London is seeking a Director of Program and Delivery Management to lead the team responsible for planning, execution, and delivery across Product and R&D.

You will set standards, systems, and operating model, coach leaders, evolve planning system, manage risks, and drive AI-enabled improvements.

This role requires 7+ years in TPM/Delivery, 4+ years leading teams, strong executive presence, and ability to influence across functions; base salary range £104,000 - £156,000 with benefits.
