As we head into a new year, tombola is doubling down on our ambition to build the best product in the industry. To help us do that, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Product to play a pivotal role in shaping our future.

This is a senior, high-impact leadership role with full ownership of product strategy, delivery and performance. You'll lead and inspire our Product Management and Experimentation teams, working closely with Technology and the wider business to turn insight into action and ambition into results.

Whether you're looking for a fresh challenge in the new year or ready to step into a defining role in your career, this is an opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.

The role

As Head of Product, you will be the driving force behind tombola's product vision and strategy. You'll ensure our roadmap is aligned to business goals, rooted in customer insight, and executed at pace.

This role takes end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle - from ideation and prioritisation through to development, launch and ongoing optimisation. You'll be a collaborative, visible leader who builds trust across product squads, technology partners and commercial stakeholders, while keeping the wider business informed and engaged.

Taking a truly insight-led approach, you'll use data, experimentation and customer research to guide decision-making, optimise performance and ensure we're always focused on what matters most to our players.

You will also be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), contributing to broader business strategy and helping shape tombola's overall success.

What you'll do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute a clear, compelling product strategy that explains where tombola's product is going and how we'll get there.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and inspire 12 cross-functional product squads to deliver against our product vision and build the best product in gaming.

Roadmap Ownership & Accountability

  • Own the tombola product roadmap, with full accountability for driving revenue growth through product development.

  • Create and maintain clear rolling roadmaps that articulate what we're doing and why.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Ensure products reach players efficiently, proactively removing blockers and identifying risks early across Product and Tech teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across Technology, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Design and more.

  • Drive alignment through clear priorities and ruthless focus.

Experimentation Leadership

  • Own A/B testing across tombola's markets, setting experimentation focus and embedding testing into the product development process.

Player Focus

  • Build products players genuinely engage with by deeply understanding player needs and behaviours.

  • Use research, metrics and performance data to continuously assess impact and pivot where needed.

Senior Leadership Contribution

  • Actively contribute as a member of the SMT, supporting wider business initiatives and long-term growth.

Skills & experience you'll need
  • Agile & Product Management Expertise: Strong command of Agile methodologies, design thinking and modern product management principles.

  • Change Management: Experience creating and delivering long-term change strategies and communication plans.

  • Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to communicate clearly and credibly across diverse audiences.

  • Problem-Solving & Decision Making: A creative, analytical thinker who explores alternatives, makes informed decisions and drives innovation.

Behaviours & values that matter
  • High empathy and emotional intelligence, with a strong focus on listening to players and colleagues.

  • Self-motivated and trusted to lead with autonomy and accountability.

  • Authentic, genuine and transparent in your leadership style.

  • Detail-oriented and close to the action, enabling effective prioritisation and communication.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and to ambitious deadlines.

  • Fun, supportive and positive - creating an environment where teams can do their best work.
