Head of Product Operations (Europe) - AI-Driven Delivery

Ford Credit is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to orchestrate operational excellence across the European Product function. You will shape the product operating model, drive AI-enabled workflows, and partner with North America teams to enable scalable product delivery.

In this role you'll own tooling and automation ecosystems (Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Miro), design scalable processes, and ensure compliant governance with Legal and Risk teams.
