This is a newly created role for a Head of Product and Commercial to continue driving our growth strategy. You will work closely with the MD and wider team on an exciting journey.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product, highly commercially focused and analytical, with creative thinking to innovate new product opportunities and drive profitability through existing products and initiatives.

A background in Group Touring would be highly beneficial, along with experience working with a DMC model/DMC relationships and a proven track record in driving profitability.

You will lead a team across Product, Commercial, and Inventory, bringing the brand to life through customer experience and product delivery. You will also drive team engagement, foster a collaborative culture, and contribute to the wider team's success and development.
