Head of Product & BD Strategy

Bactobio, a London biotech startup, is hiring a Head of Product to translate scientific discovery into market-ready products. You will lead the Product team and shape the commercialization strategy, working closely with the CEO and CSO to prioritise the pipeline and drive strategic partnerships in healthcare and agriculture.

The role reports to the CEO, with significant influence over investment priorities as the company prepares for Series A and beyond.
