Job Description

Ready to lead the future of HR technology at British Heart Foundation (BHF)?

We're seeking an experienced Head of Product to own and drive our Workday platform, powering our people and enabling our mission to beat heart and circulatory diseases.

As our Head of Product you'll:

  • Co-define the vision and strategy for Workday across BHF, ensuring it delivers maximum value for our people and business.
  • Define the platform roadmap for Workday.
  • Lead Workday platform product delivery-from roadmap to execution-using bi-modal (product/agile) and product frameworks, as well as customer-led approaches.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritise features, manage budgets, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and user experience across all Workday modules (Core HCM, Integrations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Optimisation).
  • Empower and develop a team of Product Owners and cross-functional experts to deliver best-in-class solutions.

About you:

You'll bring:

  • Previous proven Head of Product experience with Workday.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Workday-from implementation to optimisation, with strong knowledge of configuration, integrations, and life cycle management.
  • A track record of leading agile teams and delivering complex product portfolios.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • An analytical mindset-comfortable with data, market trends, and user feedback to inform decisions.
  • Workday Pro Certification is a plus.

Interview process

  • First stage interviews: A short, 30 minutes, teams call with the lead hiring manager. Held w/c 3rd November
  • Second stage interviews: An in-person interview, at our London offices, held w/c 10th November. These interviews will include a presentation element as well as a wider stakeholder panel session.
