Head of Procurement & Commercial Management

Rhaelm is seeking a Head of Procurement and Commercial Management in the UK to lead procurement strategy across critical infrastructure programmes, including government and defence. You will own end-to-end commercial governance, contracts, suppliers, and cost positions.

You will partner with Legal, Finance and Risk to ensure audit-ready commercial positions, manage multi-million-pound contracts, and build a high-performing procurement team to deliver Sovereign AI infrastructure projects.
