Job Description

ISOQAR in Manchester seeks a Head of Performance (Head of SEO, PPC & Performance) to drive organic and paid traffic, improve conversion rates, and tie website performance to pipeline and revenue. You will own end-to-end SEO, PPC and site performance strategy with cross functional collaboration across Digital, Content, Sales and RevOps.

The role requires a strong technical SEO track record, CRO expertise, GA4 and Google Ads proficiency, and hands on PPC management.
