Recruiting for one of the UK's largest company formation businesses with over 12 years of trading, a team of over 100 people, and consistent 20% year-on-year growth.
About the RoleHiring for a Head of Performance Marketing to take full ownership of paid acquisition and performance growth. You will play a critical role in shaping how performance marketing scales across the business.
This is a hands-on role, and I am looking for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing day-to-day - launching campaigns, optimising performance, testing new channels, and working closely with the wider marketing and product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and executing paid searchand paid social campaigns end to end
- Owning budget planning, spend allocation, optimisation, and performance reporting
- Driving performance growth through testing new channels, creatives, and experimentation frameworks
- Building and refining performance marketing processes that scale with the business
- Working closely with SEO, Content, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams
- Balancing strategic direction with hands-on campaign management and optimisation
- Strong experience across paid search and paid social, ideally in multiple sectors
- Comfortable owning strategy and executing campaigns hands-on
- Agency background preferred, with a client-side mindset and exposure to fast-paced, performance-led environments
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong understanding of testing, attribution, and ROI
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders while remaining operationally involved
