Head of People Services & Culture Strategy

Avon Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a Head of People Services to lead an effective People Services Function, reporting to the ACFO Service Delivery Support, and delivering high-quality HR services across all people-focused teams.

You will implement a People, Culture and Leadership Strategy aligned to AF&RS objectives and HMICFRS recommendations, oversee the employee lifecycle and work with partner services to drive continuous improvement and inclusive leadership.
