Head of People Performance for High-Performance Teams

McLaren Racing is seeking a Head of Organisational Effectiveness for one of our F1 Technical teams. You will work closely with senior leaders, translating people priorities into practical actions that improve leadership, culture, capability and performance.

You will be a trusted partner and coach, shaping teams, organisation design and workforce planning to drive high performance under pressure and strengthen accountability across the function.
