Head of People, Education & Transformation

CHEC is seeking an experienced People leader to shape the People & Education strategy and drive growth. You will lead workforce planning, development and change programmes to build leadership capability and an inclusive culture.

We require MCIPD/FCIPD, senior HR leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering people strategies aligned to business growth. You'll manage high-performing teams and partner with stakeholders across the organisation in the UK.
