Head of People, Culture & Impact

Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE) seeks a Director of People & Culture to join its senior leadership team. You will lead the people agenda, shaping culture, engagement, wellbeing and development to support veterans and families across the UK.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will develop a strategy aligned to RBVE's mission, ensure governance and compliance, and lead a 6-person P&C team while embedding DEI and volunteering initiatives.
