Head of People & Organizational Performance

McLaren Racing is seeking a Head of Organisational Effectiveness to partner with senior leaders in elite performance teams. The role combines coaching, organisation design and change management to unlock performance across leadership, culture and capability.

You will work closely with the leadership group, turning people priorities into practical actions and driving accountability in a high-velocity, technically demanding environment.
