Sunderland AFC is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape and execute the club's human resources strategy across players, coaching and staff. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention, while overseeing performance management and safeguarding compliance in line with league requirements.

Lead a multidisciplinary HR team, align HR practices with team performance, and manage employment contracts, salary structures, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives. DBS clearance will be required.
