Head of People & Culture - Luxury Hotel Opening

Axiom Hospitality is opening The Shepherd Mayfair and seeks a People & Culture Manager to lead the hotel's people function. You'll report to the General Manager, shape culture, standards and ways of working, and ensure every colleague experience aligns with luxury service.

Ideal candidate has luxury hospitality experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and a proactive, confidential approach to leadership and payroll management.
