Kisimul Group is recruiting a Head of Colleague Services to lead a new function driving service strategies for colleagues, managers and leaders across policies, procedures and the colleague lifecycle.

You will build colleague personas, deliver a roadmap to improve services, and develop practical tools and governance to ensure compliance, efficiency and engagement, contributing to the organisation's growth and mission.
