Head of Peacebuilding & Reconciliation Programs

A charitable organization based in Derry/Londonderry is seeking a Head of Peacebuilding to lead the development and implementation of a transformative peacebuilding program. This role focuses on engaging with communities to foster compassion, empathy, and active citizenship, while driving initiatives that promote reconciliation. You would be responsible for securing funding, overseeing monitoring and evaluation processes, and helping create safe spaces for dialogue. The position requires a commitment to building sustainable processes for peace within diverse groups affected by conflict. This is a fixed term position for 3 years.
