Head of PDU - Regional Probation Operations Leader

The Ministry of Justice in the South Central region is seeking a Head of Operational Functions to provide leadership of staff and operations across multiple sites including Aldershot and neighbouring towns. The role involves managing resources, setting the operational and strategic direction, and representing the Deputy Director with external agencies and staff.

You will lead within a Local Delivery Unit or other functional area, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder engagement across the
