About you

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll processing across multiple countries and entities
• Proven management experience, with a hands-on approach in leading small teams
• Strong vendor management skills, especially in managing outsourced payroll providers
• Excellent knowledge of payroll and expenses within a multinational environment
• Bachelor's degree; CPP or similar certification is preferred

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the global payroll, mobility, travel, and expenses team, acting as the main point of contact for queries and escalations
• Oversee end-to-end relationship management with outsource vendors, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and service level compliance
• Manage the transition between payroll vendors, including data migration, testing
• Review and reconcile all payroll and expenses data, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies
• Support integration projects for newly acquired entities and contribute to process improvement initiatives
