Head of Passive Fire Contracts - Build a New Division

Niyaa People partners with an established contractor to launch a new Passive Fire division. The Passive Fire Contracts Director will own the commercial development, build the team, secure contracts, and shape the operation from the ground up.

You will lead tendering, pricing and negotiations, and develop client relationships with main contractors and industry contacts, working with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth and strategic influence.
