We're working with a rights holder who are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead their partnership sales and activation teams.

Job Description

Responsible for securing new high value key partners on behalf of the club and managing the partnership management/activation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to maximize revenue across diverse channels.
  • Enhance relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring optimal engagement and value delivery for all parties involved.
  • Lead the commercial team, cultivating an environment of high performance and ongoing development.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new business prospects and evaluate competitive positioning.
  • Work in tandem with marketing and operational teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide senior management with regular updates on commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Background working in commercial roles in sports
  • Track record of negotiating high six-figure partnership deals across major assets
  • Black book consisting of blue-chip brand and agency relationships
