We're working with a rights holder who are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead their partnership sales and activation teams.
Job DescriptionResponsible for securing new high value key partners on behalf of the club and managing the partnership management/activation team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to maximize revenue across diverse channels.
- Enhance relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring optimal engagement and value delivery for all parties involved.
- Lead the commercial team, cultivating an environment of high performance and ongoing development.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new business prospects and evaluate competitive positioning.
- Work in tandem with marketing and operational teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators and provide senior management with regular updates on commercial outcomes.
- Background working in commercial roles in sports
- Track record of negotiating high six-figure partnership deals across major assets
- Black book consisting of blue-chip brand and agency relationships
