Head of Park F&B & Retail Operations

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a proactive Complex Manager to lead multi outlet F&B and retail operations across our parks. You will enhance guest experiences, drive revenue, and oversee a high performing team in a fast paced environment.

You will be responsible for budgets, stock control, safety compliance, and staff development, while maintaining Parkdean's standards of service and profitability. DBS background checks may be required for safeguarding.
