Job Description

• Overseeing the strategic direction of the outsourcing department.
• Managing a team of 5 accountants and finance professionals.
• Ensuring quality delivery of services to clients.
• Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
• Driving growth in the outsourcing department.
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Reporting to senior management on departmental performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Outsourcing should have:

• Professional certification in accounting or finance - ACA/ACCA/AAT
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the professional services industry.
• Strong knowledge of the accounting and finance sector.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to strategise and implement departmental goals.
• Excellent client management skills.
