Head of Operations: Fintech Scale-Up Leader

StrideUp is seeking a Head of Operations to own the operational backbone of the business, including Servicing and Underwriting. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and work with Engineering & Product to prioritise features that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
