Head of Operations & Transport: Lead warehousing & transport

Company Shop Group in Tankersley is seeking a Head of Operations & Transport to lead warehousing, distribution and transport across ambient, chilled and frozen environments. You will work closely with our operations Director to shape our operational strategy and drive commercial performance.

This visible, hands-on role requires building a high performing culture, coaching leaders, delivering cost efficiency and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and BRC standards.
