Head of Operations and Planning (Telecom)

Role: Head of Planning and Operations

Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Rate: GBP 450 per day

Nature: Remote (need to travel to client sites when required)

OverView of the role-

• The candidate must have at least 10 years worth of leadership and management
• 2-3 years in telecoms industry managing Infrastructure Engineers, Logistics stuffs and IT support engineers.
• Hands on with running a complete planning environment - contact centre/strategis planning
• Knowledge in Operation centres - NOCS centres
• The role is more operational and tactical then strategic.
• Track performance of the project d- daily, in month performance and estimate whats happening in the next 6 months.
• Handled huge teams (indirect reporty of 100+)
• Keep track of the cost involved in running the process and able to minimize it to certain level.
