Job Summary

The Head of Operations and Estate is a pivotal leadership role at RADA, responsible for ensuring the smooth, compliant, and high-quality operation of our facilities and services.

• Lead long-term operational and estate planning aligned with RADA's strategic goals and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure statutory health and safety compliance and act as RADA's designated Responsible Person.
• Oversee capital projects, maintenance programmes, and supplier relationships.
• Support anti-racism, equity, and mental health strategies, champion inclusive practices, and foster a collaborative team culture.

This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in operations and estate management, excellent financial oversight, and a commitment to continuous improvement and inclusive leadership.
