Head of Operations Analytics & Insights

IG Group is seeking an Operations Analytics and Insight Lead to set the data strategy for the Operations function and grow a high-impact analytics team. You will own measurement, governance, and self-serve reporting for customer experience, onboarding, and payments.

You will partner with senior leaders to frame questions, develop rigorous analyses, and drive commercial decisions with data-led insights and responsible AI usage.
