Job Description
Requirements 
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience, including direct experience in operations at a consumer-facing business ,
- Experience leading and developing customer service/support teams ,
- You'll be a champion of our values, and encourage others to be the same ,
- Experience developing, managing & hiring teams ,
- Experience in setting the strategy for a function, working with senior leaders ,
- A confident communicator who can hold their own in discussions with other leaders in the business ,
- You're ambitious, and eager to progress quickly to grow alongside the company ,

- We are looking for a Head of Operations that will play a key role in leading our Operations function ,
- We want you to help us build and grow the most effective Operations team in Insurance ,
- You'll be managing the leads of the 13 strong team that's already in place, helping them to maintain our efficiency and customer experience as we scale rapidly, and taking on new operational responsibilities as we grow the business ,
- Take a key leadership role in the Operations function for the business ,
- Contribute to the strategy behind running, scaling and structuring our team, and then execute on this plan strongly ,
- Develop the team and establish and refine our talent model for what is one of the largest teams in the business ,
- Ensure that operational priorities are reflected across the business, and contribute to the Operational side of key business priorities ,
- Drive real change in a sector that matters, and make a positive impact on our 300,000+ customers
