Head of Operations - Scale Systems & Logistics

The Seam in London is seeking a Head of Operations to own the systems, processes and people that enable scalable growth. You will oversee logistics, service delivery and a distributed Maker network, working closely with the Founder & CEO to drive performance and international expansion.

You'll lead a small but growing operations team, build robust playbooks, and partner with product and marketing to deliver a best-in-class marketplace experience for retailers and customers alike.
