Head of Operations - Scale Healthcare Delivery

Paloma Health in London is hiring a Head of Operations to lead and scale our operations function of 100+ staff, including Delivery, Scheduling and Governance teams. You will ensure high-quality, safe, efficient, and financially sustainable care as we grow to serve thousands of families.

You will partner with Product, BI, and Clinical leaders to optimise workflows, capex, and KPIs, while maintaining rigorous SOPs and safeguarding protocols across the service.
