Head of Operations - Indoor Karting & Experiences

TeamSport is the UK's No 1 indoor karting company, expanding across Europe, offering karting plus multi-activity experiences. This role reports to the Divisional Operations Director and leads daily operations to the highest standards, coaching crews, and ensuring service, safety, and SOP adherence.

You'll drive KPI performance, manage budgets, and foster a Great Place to Work while developing your team across busy evenings and weekends. DBS checks may be required as part safeguarding.
