Head of Operations - Fintech Regulated Growth

LemFi, a global fintech, is building a regulatory-compliant European hub in Ireland. We seek a COO to own end-to-end operations across payments, processing, and outsourcing governance, ensuring resilience and regulatory alignment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive a data-led operating model, and collaborate with the MLRO and risk leaders to meet DORA and CBI standards in a fast-growing environment.
