Head of Operations - 12-Month Maternity Cover

REFY is seeking a Head of Operations on a 12-month maternity cover basis in Manchester. You will head the operations team, oversee DTC and B2B dispatch, and manage 3PLs, inbound flow and retailer compliance. The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on process improvement and a focus on cost control.

You will own NetSuite, EDI and AI connectors, reporting weekly on risk, cost and decisions, with a responsibility to hand back a more developed function after 12 months.
