Head of Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Urenco is seeking a Head of Operational Excellence at Capenhurst to lead the site's transformation through Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement. You will embed an high-performance culture, drive improvement programmes and standardised systems, and certify sustainable performance gains across safety, quality, delivery and cost.

The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional influence, and a proven record of delivering major cost savings within a complex industrial environment.
