Head of Operational Compliance & Resilience

Howden Ireland is seeking a Head of Operational Compliance to lead the first-line governance of compliance, operational risk, and continuity. You will translate DORA obligations into actionable processes and work with senior stakeholders to strengthen resilience and customer outcomes.

Based in Dublin city centre, this role requires hands-on leadership, MI reporting, and oversight of outsourcing and ICT risk to ensure robust governance and regulatory alignment.
