Head of NPD & Innovation Operations

Au Vodka is seeking a Head of New Product Development to lead the innovation strategy and drive the product pipeline across spirits, RTDs, and future formats. You will manage end-to-end development from concept through factory trials to commercial launch, coordinating with marketing, supply chain, legal, and finance to meet timelines and cost targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-growing drinks brand, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
