Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Mobile Core elements (HLR/HSS, STP/DRA, PGW, IMS) and supporting infrastructure (Cisco switching, routing, data centers, servers) along with connectivity platforms (Radius, OCS, BSS).
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Troubleshoot network issues and serve as the escalation point.
• Manage network projects, including upgrades, expansions, and new deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner integration and continuous network evolution.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and maintain clear documentation.
• Provide on-call support for network operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience leading network teams in mission-critical environments, preferably in mobile or telecommunications.
• Deep knowledge of telecom protocols (SS7, GTP, Diameter, etc.) and mobile network elements (HLR/HSS, PGW/GGSN, STP/DRA, IMS).
• Strong understanding of core network protocols (IPv4, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and systems administration (Linux, Microsoft servers).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes) and scripting/coding (PowerShell/Bash, C#/.Net) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
