As Head of Network (m/f/d), you take on an important role in the management tasks of the X Management Area and are therefore a key guarantor for a successful leadership team in the X Business Unit Network.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Technical and hierarchical leadership of the Network department with around ten employees at various locations in Switzerland (Bern, Sursee, Winterthur)- Responsibility for the operation, security, and further development of the fenaco network (Cisco/Fortinet)- Assume the X role for network service according to ITIL 4- Planning and execution of internal and external training with internal stakeholders and external service providers- Ensuring a high-quality standard and continuous service improvementWHAT YOU BRING- Several years of experience in the network field, ideally with Cisco and Fortinet technologies- Leadership experience and high social competence- Solid knowledge of ITIL 4 and service management- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Enjoyment in the development of teams and willingness to travel- You have excellent German language skills and good English proficiencyWHO WE AREWe at Bison do not want to become your new family, but we still offer you a family-like environment.
