• Spearhead the Music Department,providing visionary leadership and direction
• Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous and engaging Music curriculum across all key stages

• Inspire and mentor a talented team of Music Teachers,fostering a culture of collaboration and professional excellence
• Supervise and manage the department's resources,ensuring the effective allocation of funds and equipment

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Music-related degree or equivalent qualification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Extensive experience teaching Music across KS3,KS4,and KS5 levels
• Proven track record of excellence in leadership and management
• A deep understanding of the latest advancements in Music education
