Head of Motorcycle Sales & Aftersales

Destination Motorcycles Christchurch, Dorset is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager with aftersales experience to lead this fast-paced, high-energy operation. The role requires working Saturdays with a day off in the week and a 40-hour week.

You will run an All-Makes Used Centre with over 120 bikes, drive 450 annual volumes for new sales, and upsell parts, clothing, GAP and warranty products. A CRM strategy will engage the biking community and support a strong team culture.
