Help shape the voice of Edelman across EMEA.

We're seeking a strategically minded and collaborative Head of Marketing to lead our EMEA marketing function during a 12-month parental leave. This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive bold campaigns, elevate Edelman's brand, and enable commercial growth across the region.

As a key member of our global marketing leadership team, you'll partner with local, regional, and global stakeholders to lead integrated marketing strategies - from thought leadership and brand activations to executive visibility and lead generation.


What You'll Do
  • Deliver Edelman's EMEA marketing strategy, aligned to regional business goals and global priorities
  • Lead a central team of six, supported by an EA, and coach local market marketing leads across the region
  • Oversee cross-channel marketing: events, PR, digital, content, internal comms, and paid media
  • Shape Edelman's presence through executive profiling, speaking opportunities, and content strategies
  • Partner with EMEA New Business leads to fuel pipeline growth and deliver results-driven campaigns
  • Champion Edelman's brand and reputation across the region with consistency and impact
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, brand engagement, and audience insights
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive, well-rounded B2B marketing experience in agency, consultancy, or professional services
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills across a matrixed environment
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, reputation management, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent writing, narrative development, and content strategy capabilities
  • Commercial mindset with experience connecting marketing to revenue goals
  • Familiarity with media relations, executive visibility, and the EMEA market landscape
  • Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong project management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration skills
