Lead and execute the full PROMiXX marketing and e-commerce roadmap - frombrand storytelling and content creationtoDTC and B2B growth.
This is ahands-on role: you'll build, launch, test, and optimise campaigns daily, while directing a capable internal creative team and coordinating with specialist partners. It's ideal for a builder who wants ownership and visible impact.
What You'll Do Brand Strategy & Creative Direction- Turn PROMiXX's Lifestyle Performance Design framework into daily marketing outputs.
- Bring a premium, design-led aesthetic to all channels and campaigns.
- Manage a small internal creative team (design, video, content).
- Write briefs, plan shoots, review edits, and ensure consistent brand execution.
- Own DTC and Amazon performance, supported by agency partners.
- Oversee ads, email/SMS, CRO, SEO, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate launches and promotions with Sales and Ops.
- Support founder-led outreach with simple, effective partner content.
- Create pitch decks, capability overviews, and case studies.
- Manage light-touch lead-gen funnels across LinkedIn and email.
- Build and scale a creator/UGC system delivering authentic lifestyle and product content.
- Develop repeatable briefs and measure ROI.
- Use AI tools to speed content creation, automate reporting, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Implement processes that increase output without increasing budget.
- Shopify conversion > 3%, AOV +10%
- Amazon TACOS 12% with steady revenue growth
- Consistent inbound B2B interest and qualified partner conversations
- High-performing, efficient creative output across channels

- Have5+ yearsin consumer brand marketing (DTC + Amazon experience ideal).
- Are abuilder- resourceful, scrappy, and able to own execution end-to-end.
- Can brief creatives, manage shoots, and read analytics - all in the same day.
