Job Description

As Head of Marketing at FITR, you will transition a fast-scaling fitness platform into a global category leader. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a team of four to drive growth across the UK and US. You'll own the full marketing funnel, from performance acquisition to a high-impact global brand refresh.

What you will do
  • Manage and inspire an in-house team of four across performance, social, brand, and design, plus an external web agency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and UX teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across every customer touchpoint.
The ideal candidate
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in digital performance and scaling B2B SaaS or D2C brands.
  • Highly analytical and proficient with Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics to drive commercially-minded decision making.
  • Exceptional communicator capable of pitching strategic visions to the leadership team while maintaining a hands-on, self-starter approach.
