LocationThis role is based in the beautiful heritage city of Bath. Our central support team for Andrew Brownsword Hotels and ABode hotels work out of our beautiful townhouse office in central Bath, as well as working remotely from our properties across the UK when needed. Our stunning office in the heart of Bath is a great location to work from, as well as to collaborate with the hotel central support team and wider group businesses, which are all based under one roof.
HoursFull time, Monday to Friday.
RoleAs Group Head of Marketing, you will lead the evolution of our brand, guest demand and commercial marketing strategy across the collection. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape how our stories are told, how our brands grow, and how marketing contributes to revenue, direct bookings and long-term brand equity.
What you'll need- Execute and optimise the existing brand strategy to support trading performance, guest growth and market penetration.
- Ensure exceptional brand consistency across all touchpoints, working closely with internal teams.
- Be brilliant at communicating our story and personality through all mediums.
- Public Relations & Reputation Management - Oversee outsourced PR efforts to build and protect the brand reputation.
- Drive website conversion performance.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Social media strategy, content creation, implementation & engagement.
- Implement best-in class digital marketing strategies to maximise SEO, PPC, and CRM effectiveness.
- Coach property social media champions.
- Lead graphic design creation & drive branding implementation through our senior designer.
- Develop a best in class marketing asset ecosystem to support hotels, campaigns and experiences.
- Own marketing strategy in support of revenue, direct bookings and seasonal trading priorities.
- Influence pricing, promotions, audience strategy, demand generation and commercial planning alongside Revenue teams.
- Build, lead and develop a high performing marketing function.
- Lead agency and external partner relationships.

- Proven success growing premium or luxury brands.
- Strong commercial and performance marketing acumen.
- Experience developing integrated brand and demand generation strategies.
- A track record balancing creativity with measurable growth outcomes.
- Deep understanding of digital channels including CRM, SEO, PPC and conversion optimisation.
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
